Estimated gross revenue

—

Estimate = Toronto average annual revenue for the unit size × the share of the year you make available, ±20%. A market that has doubled since the rules changed

The City's registration bylaw took effect in January 2021 and cleared out investor listings. Since then the market has been owner-led: citywide host revenue went from C$67M in 2021 to C$175M in 2022, and average revenue per listing has climbed every year to C$70K in 2026. Fewer, better listings are earning more each.

Rates are rising faster than supply

Average nightly rates rose 31.7% in three years to C$189, while occupancy held at 70–71%. Toronto welcomed a record 28.2M visitors in 2025, and hotel rates hit C$321 a night in June 2026 — and a well-presented downtown condo with a view now books at C$250–350 a night.

2026: World Cup year

Toronto hosted six FIFA World Cup matches in June–July 2026. Airbnb reports a typical Toronto host earned C$3,400 during the tournament window, with 17% of bookings from first-time guests — demand that a professionally priced listing captured and a part-time host often missed.

Figures are Toronto market averages compiled from public industry and City data, in Canadian dollars. Downtown condos with a view typically sit above the city average, but no figure here is a guarantee of what your unit will earn. 2026 figures are the trailing 12 months. Updated October 2026.

Built for owners, not just for bookings

Plenty of companies can fill a calendar. We're here to look after the home you live in.

Downtown condos only

We host one kind of home — the downtown Toronto condo or apartment — and we know its buildings, its guests and its calendar inside out.

Your home, your rules

Guest limits, no-party policies, blocked dates and the closet you keep locked. You set the boundaries; we enforce them.

Hotel standards at home

Crisp linen, stocked essentials and a photo-checked reset before every arrival — the details guests review you on.

A real person, around the clock

A named host manager for your unit and a guest-support line that answers 24/7, so nothing reaches you at 2 a.m.

Inside the City's rules

Registered, principal-residence stays only. We keep your hosting compliant so you never get a letter from the City.

Numbers you can read

One monthly statement: nights, revenue, expenses, payout. If it needs explaining, we wrote it badly — ours don't.

Questions owners ask first

Can I still use my condo whenever I want?

Yes. You block the dates you need and we host around them. Most of our owners travel for work, spend summers elsewhere, or live abroad for part of the year.

What does it cost?

A single management fee as a percentage of your booking revenue — no onboarding fee, no long-term lock-in. We give you a written quote after a short consultation, once we've seen your unit and its earning potential.

Is my building allowed to short-term rent?

Many downtown buildings permit it and many restrict it. Tell us your building and we'll check your condo's rules before anything else — it's the first thing we do.

How much could my unit earn?

It depends on your building, floor, view, size and how many nights you can free up. The market numbers above are the starting point; a 20-minute consultation gives you a range for your specific unit.
